What is the best age to capture my child’s prints?
We think the sooner the better! We think the best time to capture all of their perfect details would be between 0-6 months.
How can I get a Bumblebee Handprint?
Order your impression kit online or visit us in our Bay Area studio for an in person impression, we do require you to place your order online using code “local” at checkout so you are not charged for shipping. Once we see. your order, we will reach out to you to schedule a 3-5 minute appointment. .
What do I do if I received a kit as a gift?
For those who receive a kit as a gift; everything you need to create your keepsake is included in your kit. Please visit our options page as you follow along and fill out the order form. Capture your child’s impression and return the kit and order form to us and we’ll create your lasting memory!
When can I expect to receive my print?
Prints will be ready in about 12 weeks. We will reach ou to you as soon as your items are complete with an email including your tracking info.
Will my print be the same color as I choose?
Because of the nature of the natural materials we use, the color may vary slightly on the finished print.
Do you take returns?
All of our custom orders are not able to be returned, because so much time goes into making them custom. We are more than happy to process your return on “in stock items”; any item that isn’t customized. You will need to send your item back to us withing 14 days of receiving it (at your expense) and we will gladely refund you.
