Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Because of the significant time and care that go into creating custom items, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for them. We appreciate your understanding.


In-Stock Items

For non-customized, in-stock items, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Period: You must initiate your return and ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
